I originally hired SAMMS to help coordinate my mother’s move from Long Island to Albany, NY. However, in the middle of the planning my mother passed away unexpectedly. SAMMS seamlessly transitioned into a role of coordinating the sale of my mother’s house in a much shorter time frame than originally planned. They helped to coordinate the sale of valuables and the donation of other items. I was local shortly after my mother’s passing but SAMMS were able to coordinate everything for me once I returned to Albany. The house was on the market for only 4 days before an above-asking offer was accepted.
